At Double Dime Water, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Cancel within 7 days of signing up for a full refund of your membership fee. No questions asked. This applies to your initial signup only.

1. Membership Subscription Refunds

Eligible for Full Refund

  • 7-Day Cancellation: If you cancel your membership within 7 days of your initial signup date, you will receive a full refund of your membership fee
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • This guarantee applies to your first membership sign-up only

NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Membership fees after the 7-day period has ended
  • Cancellations after the 7-day window (service continues until end of billing period)
  • Membership renewals (monthly recurring charges)
  • Membership plan changes or upgrades

2. Water Order Refunds

NO REFUNDS on Water Orders

Water orders (charged at 20¢ per bottle or per your plan pricing) are NOT refundable once placed, except in the following circumstances:

Exception - Refundable Water Orders

  • Product Defect: Damaged, contaminated, or defective bottles (photo evidence required)
  • Delivery Failure: We failed to deliver your order and cannot reschedule
  • Wrong Order: We delivered the wrong quantity or product
  • Our Error: Technical errors or billing mistakes on our end

To request a refund for the above exceptions, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Help@DoubleDimeWater.com with photos and order details.

3. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing Help@DoubleDimeWater.com.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Within 7 Days: Full refund of membership fee (initial signup only)
  • After 7 Days: No refund. Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You can continue placing orders until your subscription expires
  • Recurring billing stops immediately
  • Outstanding water order charges still apply

4. Proration Policy

We do NOT prorate membership fees. If you cancel after the 7-day period, you will not receive a partial refund for unused days in your billing cycle.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback) instead of contacting us first:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We reserve the right to terminate your membership
  • You may be held liable for chargeback fees and legal costs

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days
  • Bank Processing: May take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email Help@DoubleDimeWater.com
  2. Include your account email, order number (if applicable), and reason for refund
  3. For product issues, attach photos
  4. We'll review and respond within 2 business days

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT refundable under any circumstances:

  • Delivered water that you've received and accepted
  • Membership fees outside the 7-day window
  • Additional user or address fees
  • Late payment fees or penalties
  • Services already rendered

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
